Grande-Tek started in 1994 with only four people there. After two years of hard work, on June 18th, 1996, Cangzhou Yunxi Guangde Stainless Steel Valve Factory was formally established. Started from valve parts, Guangde has gradually grown into a top valve manufacturer in Cangzhou.

In 2001, a new plant of 5,000 square meters was completed, with 150 employees, and the company’s assets increased to 30 million RMB.

In 2002, Guangde changed its name to “Hebei Guangde Stainless Steel Valve Co., Ltd.”.

At the end of 2003, Grande-Tek has developed a strategic action, which was to expand production scope and focus on market brands.

In 2004, a precision casting plant covering an area of 20,000 square meters was officially started, and Hebei Guangde Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was formally established the following year.

In the following years, the company seized the opportunities at home and abroad, and consistently achieved business expansion. The sales output value raised rapidly from 30 million RMB to 100 million RMB in 2009.

Guangde continuously increased the network and promotion in both domestic and abroad. In 2009, we moved into a modern factory which has an area of 67,000 square meters and introduced automated equipment such as robotic arms and so on. As of 2011, the sales volume was nearly 200 million RMB.

In 2012, “Hebei Guangde Stainless Steel Valve Industry Co., Ltd.” was officially renamed “Hebei Grande-Tek Flow Control Co., Ltd.”, which indicated the company has been involved in a broader fluid control industry. In July of the same year,tank valve and fittings project was set up.

Grande-Tek has expanded into 9 categories, 20 series and more than 2000 specifications, including threaded ball valves, flanged ball valves, butterfly valves, fully welded ball valves, press fittings, tubes, threaded fittings, castings, PFA lined valves, and tank valves.

In May 2015, stainless steel ball valves and press fittings have been successfully applied to the high-speed rail Fuxing train project.

In November 2018, flanged ball valves won the bid for 2022 Winter Olympics alpine Water diversion snow-making project.

In August 2022, Guardianmade (Vietnam) Co., Ltd was set up, which was the first oversea production site invested by Grande-Tek
